Terms for using Choreze.

Choreze helps families organize chores, assignments, chore proof, comments, reminders, reports, and reward tracking. You agree to use Choreze only for lawful, household-appropriate purposes.

Parents and guardians are responsible for creating and managing family accounts, inviting members, assigning roles, reviewing child activity, and deciding whether chores and rewards are appropriate for their family.

Children may use Choreze only with permission from a parent or guardian who controls the family account.

You are responsible for keeping your password, verification links, invite links, and child magic links private. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or family space has been accessed without permission.

Family members can see information according to their role. Parents can manage child profiles, chores, submissions, comments, reports, rewards, and household settings.

You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you have permission to add contact information, photos, profile details, and other content for members of your family account.

You are responsible for the photos, comments, chore descriptions, and other content you upload. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, private, or sensitive content that is not needed for chore planning or chore review.

Choreze may offer Spark-assisted features that suggest chores, review unclear proof, draft encouragement, or help organize chore plans. Spark output can be wrong or incomplete, and parents remain responsible for reviewing it before relying on it.

We may remove content or restrict access if we believe it violates these terms, creates security risk, or could harm users or the service.

Choreze can track reward amounts and balances for household organization. Choreze does not process payments, guarantee payment, create employment relationships, or decide whether rewards are owed.

Parents and guardians are responsible for setting reward rules, approving chores, resolving disputes, and complying with any laws or obligations that apply to their household.

If you provide a phone number and enable SMS notifications, Choreze may send text messages about account verification, sign-in or magic links, invitations, chore assignments, chore reminders, chore submissions, approvals, rejected or requested changes, comments, transfer requests, proposed chores, family updates, and service or security notices.

Message frequency varies based on your account settings, family activity, notification preferences, and use of Choreze.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You can opt out of SMS messages by texting STOP. You can opt back in by texting START. You can get help by texting HELP or by contacting privacy@choreze.com.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information.

You agree not to misuse Choreze, attempt to access accounts or data without permission, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, upload malicious content, or use Choreze to harass, exploit, or harm anyone.

You also agree not to use Choreze in a way that violates another person's privacy, intellectual property rights, or legal rights.

We work to keep Choreze reliable, but the service may be unavailable, delayed, changed, or discontinued from time to time. We are not responsible for losses caused by service interruptions, delayed notifications, unavailable Spark features, or unavailable third-party providers.

We may update, add, remove, or change features as Choreze evolves.

Choreze is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Choreze and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, household disputes, reward disagreements, or decisions made using Choreze.

We may update these terms as Choreze changes. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as by posting a notice in the app or sending a message to account contacts.

The effective date at the top of this page shows when these terms were last updated. Continued use of Choreze after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
